Explore the delights of Adelaide a city that combines exceptional food and wine, art and shopping and has a bustling bar scene. Head to the Barossa for some great local food and wine, before exploring Kangaroo Island – the zoo without fences.
Continue to the Eyre Peninsula for some amazing ocean adventures like swimming with sea lions or shark cage diving. For the last two days enjoy the abundant wildlife and vast open spaces in the Flinders Ranges.
Day 1
ADELAIDE
Arrive in Adelaide and transfer to your accommodation. Take a walking tour along North Terrace, Adelaide’s cultural precinct and visit the South Australian Museum or the Art Gallery of South Australia. Food lovers can explore the Adelaide Central Market, considered one of the best in Australia. For wine lovers a visit to Penfolds Magill Estate is a must to see the heritage-listed bluestone cellars, before taste-testing your way through the famous Penfolds wines. Day 2
ADELAIDE - BAROSSA - ADELAIDE
Choose one of the tour companies offering day tours to the Barossa and spend the day exploring one of Australia’s most famous wine regions. Taste premium wines and visit the homes of some of Australia’s best-known labels such as Jacobs Creek, St Hugo, Seppeltsfield and Two Hands. Some wineries, such as Penfolds allow visitors to ‘Blend Your Own’ wine and take it home. Many tours include interaction with local winemakers and showcase the stunning local food produce of the region.

Day 3
ADELAIDE - KANGAROO ISLAND
Take a morning flight from Adelaide to Kingscote on Kangaroo Island. To make the most of a short stay on the island, tour with one of the experienced four-wheel drive operators offering personalised tours. Highlights today could include Seal Bay Conservation Park, Flinders Chase National Park, Kelly Hill Caves, Little Sahara, pristine beaches and stunning coastline. Day 4
KANGAROO ISLAND
Today is all about the producers on Kangaroo Island. Visit Clifford's Honey Farm to learn all about the Ligurian honeybee and try some honey ice cream. No trip to the Island is complete without a visit to the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery where you discover the importance of Eucalyptus Oil to the Islands history. To cap off your visit to Kangaroo Island why not make a stop at Kangaroo Island Spirits to blend your own gin.

Day 5
KANGAROO ISLAND - EYRE PENINSULA
Fly to Port Lincoln via Adelaide or by private charter flight to save time. Tour with one of the local tour operators and visit Lincoln National Park taking in views from the cliffs and exploring the huge dunes. In the evening explore Port Lincoln’s seafront and thriving marina and try premium seafood at one of the restaurants.

Kangaroo Island to Eyre Peninsula via Adelaide: 1-hour 20-minute flight plus stop over time.
Day 6
EYRE PENINSULA
For the experience of a lifetime get ready for either swimming with sea lions and dolphins or go cage diving with Great white sharks. For those looking to taste some of the region's famous seafood travel to Coffin Bay and taste premium oysters straight from the water or explore Coffin Bay National Park.
Day 7
EYRE PENINSULA - FLINDERS RANGES
Depart Port Lincoln on a Chinta Air Tours private charter flight and travel to Hawker in the Flinders Ranges - one of the oldest mountain ranges on earth and an easily accessible outback experience. Explore Wilpena Pound and the surrounding gorges by foot or four-wheel drive and see an abundance of wildlife like the rare Yellow-footed rock-wallaby, the Wedge-tailed eagle and incredible numbers of kangaroos and emus.

Day 8
FLINDERS RANGES - ADELAIDE
Take a scenic flight over Wilpena Pound, the best way to truly appreciate this natural Amphitheatre and awesome landscape. For lunch head to the quirky Prairie Hotel at Parachilna for an outback pub experience where some of the local wildlife has found its way onto the menu. Late afternoon take a Chinta Air Tours private charter flight departing from Parachilna and return to Adelaide.
