Murray River Wineries
Plentiful sunshine and water, together with rich soils, have made the Riverland Australia’s largest wine grape growing region. It’s widely regarded as the backbone of Australia’s wine industry, accounting for two-thirds of South Australia’s grape production and one-third of Australia’s total harvest. The region is known for its Chardonnay and Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are also well-suited to the area.
