Eyre Peninsula

ATDW pixel
Head to Coffin Bay Oyster Farm on the Eyre Peninsula and experience the award-winning Oyster Farm wading tour and Oyster tasting experience. The original spot where you can sit in the water and enjoy fresh oysters straight from the sea!

Wearing waterproof waders, you'll wade out into the water, and sit at their semi-submerged tour deck, 'The Salt Water Pavilion' - located right in a working commercial Oyster farm.
While your feet dangle in the water and the salty breeze blows through your hair, your guide will share how oysters grow, a bit of history of Coffin Bay and Matthew Flinders, and learn about oyster farming practices.

Learn a new skill with a lot of light-hearted fun!

They will give you a hands-on shucking lesson, so you can learn to open oysters yourself like a pro, and best of all, you get to taste the freshest and most famous Coffin Bay Oysters you've ever tasted, straight out of the water. A unique culinary experience and an epicurean adventure!

Choose your own adventure - create a tailored and memorable experience by adding a bottle of Sparkling Wine, Riesling, Bloody Mary Oyster Shots, or Extra Oysters - all to enjoy in the water!
