Day 1

Explore the Barossa and take in the incredible scenery and experiences the region has to offer. Drive through the iconic date palms on the way to Seppeltsfield Winery and sample 100-year-old tawny in the Centennial cellar. Explore the JamFactory at Seppeltsfield for unique exhibitions and watch talented local artisans working on their craft and visit Vasse Virgin to sample all-natural handmade skincare before enjoying a delicious Barossa lunch at Fino Seppeltsfield. After lunch let your guide take you behind the scenes at boutique cellar doors that match your tastes and meet the people making some of the best wines in Australia. After sampling some of the best the Barossa has to offer it is time to check into your luxurious accommodation for the evening and enjoy their in-house premium restaurants for dinner.

Day 2

Begin the day with a visit to Henschke, one of Australia’s most premium wineries. Gain exclusive access to one of the most renowned vineyards in the Barossa while soaking up 150 years of winemaking history as you explore the original winery built in the 1860’s. Sample a selection of Henschke’s most premium wines including rare access to Hill of Roses and Hill of Grace in a private tasting room. Next stop is Maggie Beers Farm for lunch at The Farm Eatery, enjoy some of the best food in the Barossa and make sure you take some of the delicious product’s home.

After lunch depart for the Riverland and check into your luxury accommodation at The Frames. Book in for a private massage as you listen to the river slowly rolling by before taking in the sunset on a private gondola cruise. After returning to your suite, taste some of the region's most delicious food cooked by your own private chef.

Day 3

Today it is all about exploring the Riverland and learning what makes the region so special. Start the day with a Flavour Safari and discover the incredible diversity of food production in the Riverland. Meet the growers, brewers, winemakers, and producers to discover how many of the regions produce goes from the paddock to your plate and sample the delicious produce along the way. After lunch it is time to explore the backwaters and wetlands of the Murray River as you spot iconic Australia wildlife in the wild on a private Wetland & Wildlife Cruise. The last stop of the day is Twenty Third Street Distillery where you can try blending your own gin and enjoy dining in the restaurant.

Day 4

This morning, travel to Calperum Station for an Eco-Cultural Experience to be guided by ecologists and Indigenous rangers to learn about how the area has changed over time and the natural and historical importance of the area. Sample a homemade salt bush damper before enjoying lunch and drinks relaxing next to Ral Ral Creek.

After the tour it is time to say goodbye to the Riverland with options to return to Adelaide or Mildura for flights or charter a flight directly out of the Riverland.
