Tim and his wife Pam are proud custodians of the landmark property, that now bears his name and houses a renowned restaurant, cellar door and gallery. Offering a unique food and wine experience, embracing tapas style dining with an emphasis on fresh seasonal produce and wines by the glass.

Skillogalee Winery & Restaurant - is located in a historic settler's cottage, surrounded by cottage gardens and vines.
