Abigail offers small group tours at Bool and Hacks Lagoons – wetlands that are internationally recognised and protected. These wetlands are sometimes referred to as the ‘Kakadu of the South East’!
Tours aim to provide visitors with clear views of wildlife, particularly the iconic bird species of the Lagoons, and Abigail’s broad knowledge of the site will give people a solid appreciation of the environmental factors that drive the ecology of wetlands. Tours are peppered with interesting facts and stories about the birds, frogs, bats and plants of Bool and Hacks Lagoons. You will definitely leave knowing more than when you arrived!
Tours are walking based and are limited to a maximum of 10, ensuring personalised attention for all visitors. Private tours or specialised group tours are available by arrangement.
