The Groom's Quarters once accommodated the property's groom, close to where the horses were stabled. Today, it is a self-contained two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four people, so it is perfect for a small family or group of friends. It can also be booked with the adjoining "harness room" to provide an additional two bedrooms and accommodate a larger group of up to 7 people.

Self contained apartment with either two bedrooms (one bedroom with one queen, one bedroom with two singles) or four bedrooms (two additional bedrooms; one bedroom with one queen, one bedroom with one single), bathroom and open plan kitchen/sitting room. Facilities include dishwasher, air conditioning and TV/DVD. Bedding and bath towels provided, as well as provisions for breakfast. Complimentary activities for guests including self guided history trail around station complex, walking trails and animal feeding.
