The Barossa is so much more than wine, and one aspect of the Barossa we absolutely love and can’t get enough of are the incredible walking trails.

Spend the morning breathing in the fresh Barossa air, it’s the best kind of natural therapy.

Your Walking Wellness experience will start at an incredible Barossa location with a walk through the beautiful landscape, followed by a gentle yoga flow and meditation surrounded by panoramic views of the Barossa.

Your morning will finish with a delicious chef prepared brunch as you relax and take in the views.

This is the best way to start your day as we combine all our favourite things; walking, movement, stillness and nourishing wholesome food.

Your experience can include; travel, guided walk, yoga, meditation, chef prepared lunch and some surprises!

Can cater from 2 people to 20 people
