A day of ultimate exclusivity, drinking collectible Shiraz wines in unique and absolutely breathtaking locations.

4WD through rugged outback scenery to two of Two Hands’ exclusive Shiraz vineyards, tasting rare Shiraz wines from within the vineyards they were grown. Kick the soil, feel the breeze, and truly understand what makes each site and resultant wine unique.

Back at HQ, enjoy a Shiraz masterclass by tasting single site Shiraz wines from four corners of the Barossa. Only by tasting these wines side-by-side will you better understand how and from where Barossa Shiraz finds its’ unique characteristics.

Lunch will be at restaurant FINO, one of Australia's most awarded regional restaurants. Relax over a multi-course seasonally inspired lunch with local wines.

Finally at Elderton wines you’ll witness the award-winning Command vineyard aged at over 120 years old. Witness these age old vines in the heart of the Barossa, surrounding the original Ashmead family homestead, where you'll enjoy a privately hosted tasting including the highly sought-after Command Shiraz and Ashmead Cabernet.

Focussing solely on rare single-vineyard Shiraz wines of provenance, there really is no other wine tour experience like this in Australia!
