The National Wine Centre of Australia, situated in Adelaide, offers an exceptional array of food and wine experiences for all enthusiasts.

Featuring the largest tasting room in Australia, it showcases over 100 diverse and exciting wines from the country's 65 regions, inviting visitors to sample some of Australia's finest drops.

The Centre boasts the largest open cellar in the Southern Hemisphere, housing rare and sought-after wines alongside iconic producers from across Australia. Daily hosted tours led by knowledgeable sommeliers provide insights into the history, innovations, and trends of the Australian wine industry.

Additionally, sommelier cellar tastings focus on three iconic producers, delving into their stories and flavours. For a deeper dive, sommelier masterclasses offer exploration of specific varietals or regions, paired with South Australian canapés.

The Centre also offers private cellar dining experiences, featuring bespoke four-course lunches or dinners curated by the executive chef, with each dish expertly paired with complementary wines.
