Adelaide

Step into stillness in the heart of the city.

Breathe & Be is a calming and restorative wellness experience set within the tranquil surrounds of Adelaide Himeji Garden. Designed to help you slow down, this guided session blends nature immersion, breathwork and gentle movement in one of the city's most peaceful spaces.

You'll begin with an introduction to shinrin-yoku (Japanese forest bathing) — a practice that invites you to engage all your senses and connect deeply with the natural world. From there, settle beside the koi pond for a grounding, guided meditation, before flowing into simple movement and breath practices suitable for all levels.
