Steamed Thai chicken dumplings served with red curry sauce - learn how to make your own red curry paste!
Crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli and fried Thai basil, stir-fried with oyster sauce, palm sugar and fish sauce. Grilled lemon grass beef served with tangy Papaya salad and Vietnamese herbs.
Vietnamese Chicken soup - poached chicken fillet in aromatic stock served with rice noodles, fresh herbs, sliced chilli and lime juice.
