Removal from the SATC Event; and/or
Exclusion from future SATC Events.

SATC may determine whether this Code has been breached and what action, if any, is appropriate in the circumstances. SATC’s decisions are final. Where SATC considers there is an immediate risk to the safety, wellbeing or experience of participants, SATC may remove a participant from the SATC Event without prior warning.

4. Reporting and Confidentiality
Any participant who experiences or witnesses behaviour that breaches this Code is encouraged to report it as soon as practicable to an SATC representative.

SATC will:

Assess all reports and may make enquiries or take such action as it considers   appropriate in the circumstances; and

Appropriate action will be taken following any investigation.
